UtahPresents Advisory Board
Tiana Hood (Chair)
is a finance and accounting professional with almost 15 years of experience in a wide variety of industries including solar, restaurants and consumer products. She was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s degree in economics from Eastern Michigan University. She later completed a Master’s degree in accounting from the University of Colorado. She currently serves as Head of Finance for Conergy, a downstream solar company specializing in the development and operations of utility scale solar systems, where she manages financial operations for the U.S., Canada and Latin America. Prior to working at Conergy, Tiana spent six years at the successful start-up Smashburger where she built and developed the finance and accounting teams to support growth from one location in Denver, Colorado to over 250 international locations. Currently, Tiana lives in Salt Lake City where she enjoys taking advantage of the wide range of outdoor activities including snowboarding, hiking, biking and camping.
Michael Billings
is a private investor.
Previously, Billings has worked at Vanderbilt University’s Office of Investments, First Pacific Advisors and Dougan & Associates. He began his professional career at The Clinton Foundation after working as a production assistant on Season 1 of The Apprentice.
Billings earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a M.S. in Finance from the University of Utah. He was selected as a member of the inaugural Ron Brown scholar program class.

Rainey Cornaby
currently works as a Finance Operations Analyst at the Utah School and Institutional Trust Fund Office. Rainey received her MBA locally, from the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business, and finished her undergraduate degree in Atlanta, Georgia at Emory University, where she studied Spanish and Biology. She has a passion for service and education, leading her to volunteer in a variety of organizations across the fields of Healthcare and Education.
A Salt Lake City native, she enjoys hiking with her dog, live performances, and playing in the great outdoors.
Annie Davis
is a seasoned communications, marketing, and media expert. She began her career as a broadcast journalist, spending over a decade in top markets such as New York City, Denver, and Salt Lake City. Renowned for her excellence in breaking news coverage, Annie's ability to distill and present complex topics earned her awards from the Society of Professional Journalists and the Utah Broadcasters Association.
Transitioning from journalism, Annie applied her expertise to various industries, working behind the lens in public relations, marketing, communications, and media. Annie has successfully led global marketing and communications teams at some of Utah's large direct selling consumer products companies and is currently focused on launching a tech startup. These positions have allowed her to demonstrate her proficiency in managing diverse groups and driving innovative projects from inception to execution.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Annie, a Southern California native, enjoys skiing at Utah’s world-class resorts, and spending quality time with her family.
Metta Driscoll
has over 20 years of recruiting experience in technical and financial services and is currently working at Zions Bancorporation as a Sr. Enterprise Recruiter. Her experience has led her to become an expert in identifying top talent and matching them to the perfect job. She has served various organizations in UT and CA where she managed up to seventy open job requisitions concurrently. She is known for recruiting high end technical and banking roles and is experienced in streamlining ineffective recruiting processes. Additionally, Metta is certified in Development Dimensions International (DDI) for behavioral interviewing, as well as Alliance of Information and Referral Systems (AIRS). Metta is committed to excellence and her knowledge of the Banking and IT industries is invaluable.
Metta attended the University of Utah where she graduated with an Art History Degree. Her love of supporting the arts began when she was the Volunteer Coordinator for the Utah Arts Festival for two seasons in the early 1990’s. Metta has served on various committees in the local arts community: The Young Benefactors at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts, Ballet West Events committee, and The Repertory Dance Theater. She is currently serving on the Board of Trustees with the Utah Museum of Contemporary Arts (UMOCA) and the Tracy Aviary where she has been the Committee Chairwoman for the Ready to Hatch fundraiser held each summer. She is also an active member/donor of the Abravanel Society with the Utah Symphony and a Heritage Club Patron with Ballet West.
Metta lives in Salt Lake City with her two daughters and one dog. When she is not attending the symphony, ballet, or live concerts, she loves to take advantage of the outdoors by skiing, hiking, cycling, and running after her dog.
Laurie Hofmann
is a current board member of Alliance for a Better Utah (ABU), Utah Presents at Kingsbury Hall, and the Salt Lake/Wasatch Branch of the American Association of University Women (AAUW.) She sits on the National Governance Committee of AAUW.
Laurie holds a BS from the University of Utah in Health Promotion and Education, an MA from Westminster College, in Community Leadership (MACL) and graduate certification from the University of Utah in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution.

Marian Ingham*
was the owner and operator of American Icon Products Company for 13 years, and has been in sales for a majority of her life. She is a dedicated philanthropist serving many roles with the University of Utah, including Pi Beta Phi, Utah Museum of Fine Arts Advisory Council, Beta Theta Pi Mother’s Club, Presidents Club, Crimson Club Board, National Advisory Council, Kingsbury Hall Renovation, College of Nursing Development Board, Health Sciences Educational Resource Development Council, Fine Arts Advisory Board for Huntsman Cancer Institute, Pharmacy Ambassadors Advisory Council, and has been a Kingsbury Hall Board member since 2008. In 2010, she received the YWCA Outstanding Achievement Award. In 2011, she received the Emeritus Alumni Merit of Honor Award, and in 2014, received the American Water Works Association Award of Merit.

Jill Leonelli
is the Director of Talent Acquisition for Traeger Grills. With more than 25 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and recruiting, she has worked in multiple global locations. Jill received her bachelor’s degree in New Zealand, where she grew up. With a passion for travel, she left New Zealand and has lived abroad ever since, making Utah her home. Jill enjoys giving back to her community.
When Jill is not working you can find her running, watching ice hockey, traveling, or enjoying time with her husband, two teenage children and dog, Amari.
Adam B. Lindsay
Born and raised in Utah, Lindsay a third-generation graduate of the University of Utah, holding an MBA. A passion marked his early years for the performing arts, a love he pursued throughout his youth and teenage years. He is the CEO of Alpha Transport and has over 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. He is happily married with three children and two grandchildren, and cherishes time spent traveling and enjoying the outdoors. Additionally, Lindsay has dedicated over 12 years to coaching wheelchair basketball, combining his professional acumen with a commitment to community and sportsmanship.
Lydia Scott Martinez
is the founder and CEO of Elle Marketing and Events. An entrepreneur at heart, Lydia started her first business at 8 years old, selling tree-climbing lessons to neighborhood kids. Lydia launched Elle Marketing in 2009, and in 2015, she left her corporate career to become a full-time entrepreneur. While she now prefers to climb cliffs in her spare time, you may still find her willing to show you how to climb a tree. Lydia was a theater kid and still loves the arts, which is why she loves being a part of the board at UtahPresents.
Shawn Treadway Morgan
has lived almost her entire life in Utah. She studied art at the University of Vienna in Austria as well as language and humanities in Vienna through BYU. Further studies in art were at the Laguna Beach school of Art. She received her BA from the University of Utah. Shawn married Sam Morgan whom she met at the U. She sees her greatest accomplishment in the rearing of seven children who all have artistic abilities and are her favorite people to spend time with in the mountains, on the lake, in the garden, at the easel, at the kitchen table or at the games and recitals of one of her 15 grandchildren. Her passion goes beyond family, visual art and outdoors to the transportation industry where she has helped to carry the legacy of four generations of heavy duty sales and service with Kenworth Sales Company and Truck Enterprises Inc. She is an officer of the company and continues to serve on the board of directors. She has found satisfaction in contributing to efforts for local medical research, family services in the Salt Lake School DIstrict and other educational and creative efforts to strengthen the community. She is honored to be invited to participate on the Utah Presents Board.
John W. Scheib
is Dean of the College of Fine Arts and holds a faculty appointment in the School of Music as a tenured professor in music education. Prior to his arrival at the University of Utah, Scheib served as director of the School of Music at the University of Kentucky from 2014-2017 and as director of the Ball State University School of Music from 2010-2014. Previous leadership roles also include serving as the Ball State School of Music's associate director, coordinator of undergraduate programs, and in key appointments on numerous university-level strategic planning and curriculum committees. In 2013, he received the Outstanding Collegiate Administrator of the Year award by the Indiana Music Education Association.
As a scholar often examining the multi-dimensional professional lives of artist-teachers, Scheib has contributed over 85 presentations, articles, and book chapters to the profession, with his research appearing in refereed outlets such as the Journal of Research in Music Education, Update: Applications of Research in Music Education, Journal of Music Teacher Education, Arts Education Policy Review, and the texts Exploring Research in Music Education and Music Therapy, The Oxford Handbook of Qualitative Research in American Music Education, and Envisioning Music Teacher Education. He has served on editorial boards for Music Educators Journal and Journal of Music Teacher Education, and maintains an active schedule as a consultant and as a visiting evaluator for the National Association of Schools of Music.
A Wisconsin native, Scheib earned the Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and M.M. in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, B.M. in Music Education from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and taught in the Wisconsin public schools for nearly a decade prior to his work in higher education. He is also a recent graduate of the SEC Academic Leadership Development Program.
Alice Steiner*
is a retired urban planner. In her professional career, she was the Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency of Salt Lake City, a real estate and planning consultant with Wallace Associates, Inc., and a consultant for the Utah Transit Authority. She has been a volunteer and board member of several local non-profits. In the Arts, Alice was a founding member of the Performing Arts Coalition which was the alliance of performing arts groups behind the creation of the Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center. She is currently a Board member of Reed College, Portland, Oregon, which has just completed building a performing arts building and expanding its music, theater and dance departments. Alice is married to Kevin Steiner.

Kyle Treadway*
is the President and Dealer Principal at Kenworth Sales Co., Inc. He has extensive experience as an attorney, graduating from the University Of Utah College Of Law in 1985 with a Juris Doctor Degree, working for Mooney & Smith and Richards, Brandt, Miller & Nelson. He has been a member of the Idaho State Bar Association and the Washington State Bar Association since 2004, and the Utah State Bar Association since 1985. He has extensive experience in the Automotive Industry, and has served on many council’s throughout his career. He received the Distinguished Service Award from the Utah Trucking Association in 2004. He has been involved with the Utah Masters Swimming since 1996.
